Tim And Eric Awesome Movie! Great Job!
They have stated in countless interviews that they didn’t simply want to recreate the show on a big screen. Which is fine, but they could have done that and I would have been grinning from ear to ear anyway. I don’t see this movie bringing in any new converts though. You’re either on board or you are lame. Now have the sudden urge to go and download some Amie Mann! Continue reading

Dreamcasting; The Inhumans
So the new EWs (Entertainment Weekly) arrived yesterday featuring a cover story on The Avengers which was awesome, but the real news was dropped in one of those little boxes in the corner of the article. An Inumans movie is in the works! I know there are a ton of nerds that already know this but along with the fact that a Guardians of the Galaxy movie is also working its way down the pike. Now as awesome as it will be to see the Rocket Raccoon on the big screen, it’s the Inhumans that got me thinking. Who would be the perfect cast? Continue reading

Captain America; The Review
The Point of these films was to increase comic book sales! The point of these films was not to just dump money in Marvel’s pocket. That didn’t happen-they failed! Marvel has been sold to Disney, and while that enraged me at first it didn’t really stop me from buying my same books every week. If they do away with print books I’ll break down and sign up for the digital subscription. I don’t care, I love comics, always have since I was 8 and nothing is going to change that. Continue reading

“We Love to Party” Summer movie season kicks off!
In the meantime Summer movie-time is here! We love movies here, every since we were tiny little Monkees! We try to go each week, year round, plus buy tons of DVDs and watch what ever classics offered up on cable. Summer movies are the best, because that’s when Hollywood brings out the big guns. None of the weighty Oscar worthy fare, just mindless “boom goes the dynamite” thrill rides! 2011 is shaping up nice for us with all the comic book related flicks dropping. Continue reading
The Rock, and Wrestling need to Grow Up
Wrestling and Porn have a lot in common there. It took porn a long time to realize we don’t give a damn about the story and in fact you are just wasting space on my DVD that I just bought so cut it out. They had to lose billions to the internet before they finally got it and some out there still haven’t gotten that we could care less about why two people are fucking in that weird position so the camera can get a good angle, we just want to see them fuck like animals. With that said there are still a small fraction of people mostly women and children who want to see porn with plot lines and there are still a small fraction of people mostly women and children who want their wrestling with long drawn out stories that make no sense to anyone who saw Mark Callaway the actor who plays the Undertaker at ringside during UFC 121 and turn around the next day and get buried alive while wearing eyeliner. NewsFlash: January Jones Cast as Emma Frost-bustanut!
Normally we don’t all geeked out over movie casting, the last time was probably Patrick Stewart as Professor X! And the it’s the X-Franchise that has done it again. Now at first I was down on this upcoming prequel flick mainly because it plans to rewrite the entire 40+ year history of the X-Men. Not to mention the already botched the casting of the Prof by using James McAvoy who if you recall was a part of that abomination masquerading as Wanted. They peaked our interest by adding Kevin Bacon as a yet unknown villain (it’s got to be Mastermind I can’t see him as anyone else), but now I will be forced to see this movie for one reason.
